2025 RTA Paratransit Survey
Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) will be conducting a series of efforts to understand the public perception, familiarity and impact of the system, along with transit needs of our growing and changing population. An important aspect of these efforts includes public feedback in the form of surveys. Even if you do not currently use GCRTA services, your input is extremely valuable.
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses will be kept confidential and will be used for planning and evaluation purposes only.
We have selected ETC Institute, an independent consulting company that specializes in transit and community-based research, to administer this survey. They will compile the data received and present the results to GCRTA.
At the end of the survey, as a thank you for fully completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one (1) of two $250 Visa gift cards. The gift cards will be sent via email and limited to one entry per household.
